Information We Collect / How We Use It
Contact Information:
Our registration form requests clients to provide us with contact information (such as name, email address and postal code), together with other important information to start the fact-find process. From that data we will provide you with an evaluation of your financial situation and information as to how we may be of assistance to you.
All enquires need to be logged on our internal secure system so we have a record of all advice given. This includes the ability of us to link call recordings. - This is necessary due to occasional fraudulent claims made against us from people claiming to have been given bad free advice and therefore not having paid their creditors, dispite the fact that they have never even spoken to us. - Sadly, pure fabrication in the hope that a threat to sue us will make us rectify their credit and pay their creditors.
As licensed credit counsellors we must ensure all advice given is correct and to do this, a full fact-find is required.
Call recordings are also used for training and monitoring of all advisors and make up part of our advisors on-going PIPs (Personal Improvement Plans).
